- the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, University of Thessaly, Larissa, Greece (Host Institution, involves the PI and the Deputy PI)
- the Department of Natural Resources Management and Agricultural Engineering (involves members of the Collaborating Organization, and a member of the Advisory Board)
- the Department of Life Sciences and Systems Biology, University of Turin, Italy (involves a member of the Advisory Board)
