Dr Constantine Ehaliotis is a member of the advisory board of the project, and a member of the collaborating group.
Constantinos Ehaliotis is Professor in Soil Fertility and Biology at the Agricultural Univ. of Athens – Greece. His main research interests/activities are in plant microbe interactions in the rhizosphere, rhizosphere microbiology, soil microbial ecology, biodegradation/valorization of organic wastes and by-products, soil rehabilitation and restoration, soil improvers, C and N cycling in soils. He has been the recipient of over 20 research / consultancy grants (funded by the EU, National bodies or the private sector) and served in the Fertilizer registration committee of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, and the consulting committee on biodiversity of the Ministry of Environment and Energy in Greece. He has reviewed manuscripts for over 20 SCI journals and has authored/co-authored 57 papers in international peer-reviewed SCI journals that have received over 2100 citations (h-index: 31 Scopus ISI WEB of SCIENCE).
